I ordered the fried whole catfish, with collard greens, fries, fried pickles, pecan pie with ice cream. The fish was delicious and fresh. The pickle chips were seasoned. Pecan pie was excellent. My server was very nice. She offered to sample some of the side items before ordering. Atmosphere was nice. Overall a great place, would recommend.

Casual attire, but very comfortable bright clean and delicious catfish lunch. Moderate crowd on a Friday lunch hour. Relaxed atmosphere shared with friends and long conversation.

Food was excellent, in fact this is the go to spot for shrimp or crawfish po boys. I'm from the Georgia coast(Savannah) so it's very hard to impress me in Memphis with shrimp, at all. This place just gets it. White beans as a side. It's hard to get excited about such a common side but let me tell you, they are some of the best I've ever had. Perfectly seasoned with just a hint of heat to let you know the chef didn't take any shortcuts here. I love a place that pays attention to details without trying to show off by making things extra fancy. Simple things, done right, make for much success, hats off to you!!

Today was my second time in 2 days coming here. It was so good the first time I had to come back again. The food is delicious, the staff is friendly, and the restaurant has good vibes. We started with the hush puppies. Crunchy, a little sweet, flavorful. Yum. Yesterday I had the grilled catfish tacos with broccoli. They were wellseasoned, but I was curious as to why they wrap them like a Burrito instead of like a taco. My BF had the Cuban and said it was excellent. He got that with the cucumber salad and that was my favorite thing!Today, he had the fish and shrimp and I had the the grilled shrimp tacos. Both of us agreed our meals yesterday were better, but still good. We both got the cucumber salad and I got to take mine home! I'm very glad I was introduced to this place.

We were looking for catfish to eat for lunch, and we decided soul fish to go. This is our 2nd time dine here, the place will get crowd pretty quick, so we went soon as it's open at 11am Sunday. The food is good, I tried salad before it was good, this time I only order catfish appetizer as my lunch.

I will admit, it was a bit sticky. Floors, table, etc. Forget about that. The food is amazing. Delicious fish and pork chops, cucumber salads...I had never had a hot water cornbread. It is my new favorite cornbread ever. Ghetto aide was delicious, but required a chaser... I'll come back if in town.

I enjoyed the patio dining. My waitress was excellent. The fried catfish is definitely an item to order plus the smoked wings were delicious.

We order curbside pretty much every Sunday. The food is hot and fresh, taste good, and the best chocolate cake or lemon pie you'll ever order.
